I bought Vegetarian chorizo ($1.39) and a brick of tofu ($1.69) at Food Source. I'd intended to make a no bake cheese cake with the tofu but when I was mixing everything together I knocked the crust onto the floor, so this is no bake pudding from the same recipe.
The second photo is of my lunch today. I used half a package of veggie chorizo and cooked it with some veggies that needed to get used up. If you make a pot of rice to mix it with it'll feed afew more people.
