Breakfast is a smoothie made out of kale, banana, frozen peaches and orange juice :)
I'm trying to get more leafy greens in so starting off with the kale smoothie and dinner tonight will probably be stir fry with some bock choy I have.
Last night we had a pot luck for our last day of class and I made chocolate chip cookies with a recipe from the Post Punk Kitchen website.
