Since I don't have a fully funtional kitchen and have no interesting food to post I'm doing another basic vegan nutrition entry. A while back I did one on protein in random food and I've been watching a nutrition class on Access Sacramento and the teacher listed these as complete protein combinations:
Beans and rice (0bviously)
peanutbutter on whole grain bread
green beans with almonds
Soy all by itself
