Last night I craved pizza but didn't have any more dough, so I tried it with a tortilla and it turned out pretty well. I topped it with pasta sauce, onion, olive and a rice based vegan cheese. I found the cheese at the Co-Op next to the daya and bought it because it was cheaper and calcium fortified. I don't recall the brand name but I'd recommend it.
Washed it down with a glass of Two Buck Chuck from Trader Joes :)
